As we continue to grow and invest in telecoms and utilities, we are looking to recruit a Team Coach with contact-centre experience and an enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service to join our growing Hamilton office.
As a Team Coach you'll be responsible for the leadership, coaching, motivation and performance management of a team of Customer Service Advisors. You will support your team with a wide range of queries such as billing and supporting where services may not be working in order that they can deliver a first class service.
You will contribute to the success of the team by achieving your own personal performance objectives and understanding how both yours and your team's contribution affects the overall performance in order to achieve the required targets and KPI's.
Working in a fast-paced environment that embraces change, you will use a number of resources to identify opportunities for the further training and development of your team.
As an ideal candidate for this role, you should be an experienced team leader with a proven track record of working within a similar fast paced environment.
