Service Desk Analyst (1 year experience+)
£80 - £100 p/d
I am currently working exclusively with an organisation in Sheffield who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on a temporary basis.
In this role you will be taking technical calls relating to Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory, you should be able to solve a lot of these problems over the phone (FCR) and should know how to log tickets for technicians.
