Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be liaising with the head of HR supporting HR Assistants assisting with ER cases including; redundancy, absence, grievance & disciplinary, policies and procedures and driving the long-term development. You will be providing advice, coaching and guidance to line managers as well as managing TUPE activity across the company.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the position of HR Advisor you will have proven experience of working within a previous role at a similar level. You will be hardworking, have a great attention to detail and be able to prioritise a busy, demanding workload.
