My client based in the Trafford area are looking for a HR Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a HR Generalist position.
The role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Processing new starters, leavers and contractual changes
* Maintain personnel records
* Absence monitoring
* Tracking appraisals
* HR Reporting
* Devising adverts
* Facilitating and/or coordinating interviews
* Carrying out pre-employment checks
* Liaising with external agencies
* Maintaining training records
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role.
The successful candidate should be able to use their own initiative and have the ability to be well organised within a fast paced environment.
Experience of working within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
