Customer Sales Advisor - Pharmaceutical

Based in Barnsley

Must drive due to the location

Salary £18K - OTE in 1st year is £35K

Working hours - Monday -Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our client based in Barnsley. You will be joining a friendly team of eleven in a busy environment. We are looking to speak with candidates who are polite, professional, who have a good sense of humor and candidates who would like a career. There will be a lot to learn in this role so wanting a career is very important.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, team orientated and customer service driven candidate. This role is purely a support function so being able to work in a team is essential.

The Role-

  • Assisting customers with any customer service query they may have
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Up selling on orders
  • Working to team targets
  • Working to deadlines
  • Making calls to existing customers to process orders and updating systems
  • You may be asked to chase orders and ensure they have been dispatched from the warehouse and that they will be delivered on time, every time.
  • Incoming new orders will be accessed through the internal system and it will be your responsibility to update the clients, ensuring them an agent will be in touch to speak to them
  • Put pricing together for tenders to help assist the Telesales Manager
  • Sourcing stock and pricing information and Inputting orders on to the system
  • Processing orders by fax, telephone and online
  • Supporting the sales team with all administration related duties
