Key Account Manger

this position is focused on sales in the UK and Europe, location of position flexible*

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating new and current accounts to increase sales and maximize opportunities. You will strategize with the Director Of Sales to grow key account revenue daily. Our ideal candidate is motivated, driven by meeting sales goals, and is a team player and a great communicator. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and establish relationships with current and potential key accounts to understand and implement growth

- Identify inventory opportunities and work in-season to increase sales

- Strategically meet with accounts for new season presentations

- Represent the company at market events and trade shows

- Analyze monthly sales projections and strategize to meet and exceed sales goals

- Prepare seasonal sales recaps to communicate feedback

- Collaborate with us team in planning and implementing sales programs, both short and long-range

- Create and maintain target account lists

- Evaluate new account opportunities and complete official account write-ups for presentation and approval from relevant brands

- Work directly with us team to strengthen sales and develop new business

- Target new sales opportunities, and initiate action plan to approach and close business

- Contribute positively to the team dynamic

- Work with director of sales to set account goals

- Join weekly U.S. sales call, as well as occasional product development and marketing calls

- Visit us office to meet with the international team and other relevant departments at least once per year

- Establish and maintain a consistent brand image through visual merchandising and promotional events for assigned key accounts

- Work on special assigned projects, as needed

SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within a fashion or lifestyle brand

- Experience presenting to major retail organizations

- Prior network of major accounts preferred

- Demonstrated experience within retail channels

- BA degree preferred

- proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel

- Detail-oriented and meticulous

-Strong analytical skills and basic retail math understanding

- Solid reporting skills and keen understanding of analytics

- Strong verbal and writing skills

- Confident presentation skills

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Solutions-oriented

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

Salary commensurate with experience
