Three60 are working with a great client that have a fantastic opportunity working as a Resoucer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. The position is within a vibrant and innovative company, assisting with and sourcing candidates for vacancies within the Healthcare the sector.

General duties will include:

  • Searching for candidates on databases and job boards
  • Candidate interviewing
  • Placing candidates into shifts
  • Updating candidates
  • Providing quality candidates for the Recruitment Consultants
  • Liaising with industry specific candidates on a regular basis
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records.
  • Produce routine documents using Microsoft Word, Excel etc
  • Answering and directing department telephone calls
  • Inputting information onto various databases
  • Any other routine office duties appropriate to the position directed
