Female Support Worker – Whitehaven

Female support worker Whitehaven Area, Cumbria “£8.20 Per hour”. NMW for training.

KEYFORT are currently looking for caring, motivated individuals to support a lady in her own home in the Whitehaven area. Support is required so that the service user can live independently and have a better quality of life through social support.

 We are looking for Support Workers who have

  • An honest way of working, with a respect for privacy and confidentiality
  • A sense of initiative
  • Good motivation skills
  • A good sense of humour (which is essential!)

We have the opportunity for work patterns to suit your needs with both Bank and Fixed Hours contracts available.

The role will involve working various shifts available over seven days a week (24/7) on a rolling rota basis. Hours will include 4 hour day shifts during school hours and 4 hour evening shifts. Alternate weekend work is also available. This position is ideal for someone requiring part-time work, but there may also be other work available within the company for those wishing to increase their hours once established on this particular case.

If successful you will be provided with an initial Training schedule, for which will form part of the Care Certificate. Our next induction training week will run between 20th – 23rd November at our Carlisle Office.
