Location: Knutsford Hours: 9-5 Monday-Friday (or 8-4, 10,6) Reporting to: Operations Manager £18,000-£20,000 (Dep on experience) Delivery Quote compare is a fast paced, dynamic company based just outside Knutsford. We have a small but dedicated team maintaining our web based services and assisting customers from both consumer and supply side. DQC has ambitious growth plans during 2018 and this role will be key amongst our first new hires.
Summary: Your role will be to administer and deal with all types of customer, assisting with queries and questions as well as occasionally dealing with problems and assisting to provide suitable solutions to both consumers and DQC. Working with the system team to help revolutionise our systems. Role: Working as part of our growing customer service team your role will include. Handle (low volume) incoming calls from consumers and suppliers Maintaining and resolving email queries through the support team shared mail box (Zendesk) Communication with customers via our live chat platform General Administration including documentation verification and audit. Updating social media accounts (all our team get involved with blogs, posts and tweets) The Person Experience in customer service would be great, however you are more important than a CV, if you've dealt with people, are able to resolve questions calmly and accurately then we'd be interested in meeting you. Combined with that we'll need you to: Be able to use MS-Word and excel to a user level Have great communication skills in writing as well as the above Be organised, we have great processes but don't have anyone to check your desk Ability to multitask, (and juggle) It goes without saying that we want a team player, we're a small team.
