This leading financial institution are seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to join their team to assist in the build out of a new business function. In this role, as a Workforce Specialist you will be responsible for developing and supporting the strategic workforce strategy and forecasting process. You will act as an advisor on all workforce, headcount related activity, working closely with the Business Partners to drive activity within each of the business units and ensuring the wider workforce team handle daytoday delivery in line with agreed approaches.
In the role you will drive active discussion and provide challenge to leadership for all headcount related matters, developing and driving accountability for headcount management and reporting processes and working with the relevant Business Managers, Business Partners, Finance Leads and HR functions to provide transparency.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to offer
Extensive experience of stakeholder engagement and management at all levels Comprehensive experience of Resource Management within a multinational enterprise sized financial services organisation; with an understanding of Resourcing and Headcount issues and challenges. Proven conflict management experience and ability to provide pragmatic solutions for Resourcing issues. Extensive Experience of leading detailed and accurate forecasting processes; as well as working with complex data, tools and processes.
