The residential arm of a large UK property developer is looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator and administrator for their busy sales office. The role is based in the majority around administrative duties to support the customer service sales cycle, focussing on the key functions within the customer journey to ensure satisfaction throughout.
Duties of the Customer Service Co-ordinator:
* Handling and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner * Following company administrative procedures throughout the sales cycle, including compiling information to be provided to other departments within the company * Dealing with post sales customer assistance * Co-ordinating the distribution of welcoming purchasers at the start and end of the sales cycle * Co-ordinating customer service handover of property - furniture pack delivery, utility supplier readings etc.
Requirements of the Customer Service Co-ordinator:
* Previous administration experience * Hardworking, flexible and organised attitude * Must have working knowledge of MS Packages * Telephone and/or face to face customer service experience (1yr min) * Proficiency with MS Outlook or similar
