Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full time residential care home manager for our elderly residential and residential dementia service.

The vacancy is for an experienced care home manager to manage a medium sized service catering for the elderly residential and residential dementia clients. The care home has a fantastic reputation within local services, CQC and the local community.

Ideal candidates should have:
Relevant experience and a proven track record in care home management.
Must have a good understanding of CQC policies and procedures.
Maintain on-going relationships with local authorities.
Must have the ability to support staff and deliver regular training/support.
Liaise with outside professionals on a medical basis.
Communicating with resident's families.
Follow up referrals and promote the care home with local authorities etc.
Have a passion and desire to provide a first class care service to the residents.
