Job Description

The SF Group is currently recruiting for an Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Heanor. The company is fantastic, brilliant facilities and on site parking.

The Customer Service Advisor will be involved in a variety of tasks including;
• Making outbound calls to customers and clients
• Ensuring internal company database is up to date
• Taking incoming calls and dealing with any enquires
• Processing any ordering through internal CRM system
• Supporting the team with any administration duties

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary £8.50 per hour

This is a temporary role assisting with a busy period within the business, the candidate must be well organised, approachable and flexible. The successful candidate must be available immediately or at short notice.
