Territory Owner / Letting Agent - Birmingham

Being a Territory Owner provides you with the opportunity to build a team of high performing Licensed Business Partners, upholding our principles and culture, and inspiring them to grow their local areas!
Working closely with your Licensed Business Partners, you will drive performance, grow your market share, and deliver the best experience for our customers. You will provide inspirational leadership for your Licensed Business Partners, identifying new opportunities for us to win, and provide strategic guidance for your territory.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Build strong relationships across your territory, driving performance and high service standards through your network of independent Licensed Business Partners
·Support, guide, and coach the Licensed Business Partners in your territory to improve performance and growth
·Maximise ancillary revenue opportunities in your territory, working closely with the Licensed Business Partners to identify new opportunities
·Ensure Licensed Business Partners in your territory comply with the terms of the Licensed Business Partner Agreement - Including service delivery, brand guidelines, and relevant regulations
·Utilise management and business information to build a data driven culture, advising and guiding Licensed Business Partners to best effect in accordance with the Licensed Business Partner Agreement
·Review Licensed Business Partners billing to ensure fair and cost-effective delivery of services
·Maintain an active external network, identifying opportunities to recruit high quality Licensed Business Partners who will drive future growth
What are we looking for in a Territory Owner?
·Estate agency and lettings experience
·Experience valuing properties
·Strong understanding of the property market
·Have a deep understanding of regulation and legislation related to estate agency business, including the Property Ombudsman and anti-money laundering rules
·Commercially astute
Skills & Qualifications:
·Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify trends from management information and sales observations
·NAEA qualified is preferable
·Strong leadership and communication skills - Inspire and lead your territory
