Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client, a leading financial organisation in Bolton.
Duties will include:
Adding new clients to the system
Checking compliance documents
Preparing mail merges and other documents
Assisting with invoices
Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms
Preparing post and deliveries
Any other administration as required
We are looking for candidates with previous administration/secretarial experience. Previous experience working within the financial sector would be ideal but we will consider other professional services
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years service
