I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Consultant to join my well established client and their Customer Service department. My client are an award winning company who offer a tailor made service in the travel industry. They are looking for a confident and passionate individual with strong Customer Service and Administration skills, as well as excellent attention to detail to manage their repeat booking requests in the Operations team. Job Purpose: The main focus of this role is to work alongside your colleagues in the operations team to ensure that our customer base is effectively and efficiently serviced for repeat booking requests. Also the full monitoring of pass backs and the customer referrals processes. You will liaise with all areas of the business to ensure timely delivery of our customer retention policies, in particular the operations team, whilst fully ensuring exceptional levels of service are experienced by our customers. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for full monitoring of pass backs and the customer referrals processes along with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager Delivery of exceptional customer service and retention administration for the operations team - Supporting the tailor making of sales quotations reflecting the requirements of the group Helping to generating accurate tour costings, Liaising with support depts. to provisionally hold travel, accommodation and visit requirements Fully control the path of a travelled customer "pass back" - including continued monitoring of the customers journey from operations back into sales.
