Street League work with young people, progressing them into employment, education and training by engaging them through sport & fitness. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 year olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique sport/fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training. We operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, East and West Midlands, West & South Yorkshire and across Scotland. We are currently recruiting an Engagement & Aftercare Coordinator in Leeds who will provide a wrap-around service for our young people, by first recruiting participants onto our programmes and then providing in-work support following exit from our programmes. You will be responsible for engaging our participants at entry and recruiting them on to the most appropriate programme within Street League's range of services. You will liaise and network with referral partners, provide strong account management and excellent customer service. You will then be responsible for delivering in-work support for participants following entry into employment, education or training. You will support and monitor a caseload of young people for up to 12 months, as well as their employers/colleges to ensure that they achieve a sustained outcome. Experience in working with, enabling, and inspiring young people, in particular 16-24 year olds not in education, employment or training is essential. You will work to targets and be performance-driven. You will be able to network effectively, manage relationships and effectively communicate Street League's service offer both to young people and referral partners.
