Midland Heart has an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Older People Services atHamilton Court in Birmingham. As a Scheme Manager you are responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to support and deliver excellence in our Housing Management services that ensures the daily well-being of residents and the efficient running of the scheme. You will be responsible for management and regulatory compliance of the scheme on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the security of the buildings, dealing with emergencies and ensuring maintenance and repairs are undertaken. As part of your duties, you will assist and monitor the general welfare of residents and promote their safety, independence and happiness. We are looking for people who: Have previous experience managing client groups such as the elderly, retired or vulnerable Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. Are able to provide a high quality service to all customers in line with regulatory, contractual and internal policies and procedures. We're starting an exciting project to renew our reporting methods and platforms, from operational reports through to executive level KPI reporting. You will be influential in identifying the correct platform and tools to deliver data warehousing, analytic platforms and visualisation tools, requiring you to keep abreast of the latest technology related to BI and be able to suggest and support change as necessary. We're seeking: Degree level qualification coupled with relevant experience in data warehousing and optimisation. An in-depth experience of the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) Experience designing, implementing and supporting data warehouse solutions Understanding of data integration solutions. Comfortable with T-SQL scripting, PL-SQL advantageous.
