Maximising support through membership is vital and we are looking for 2 natural leaders to deliver our membership recruitment aims at two of our fantastic RSPB nature reserves at our Old Moor and Aire Valley sites. Membership Recruitment Manager - 2 Roles Reference number: A/A Location: Yorkshire Salary starting at: £22,073 - £23,912 per annum Hours: Full time Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term We are looking for people who can support, encourage and develop others, someone who leads by example, who is positive and able to motivate others, communication is key with our visitors, with your team and with the wider RSPB family. You'll also be well organised, enjoy working as part of a team, and can communicate well with a range of audiences. Training will be given in the role but experience of managing people, of working to targets and of sales would be beneficial. If you are a people person and have experience of delivery great customer service, a real passion for wildlife and for sharing experiences of nature with others, then we would like to hear from you!
