This role sits within our children and young people's directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for children who urgently need support.The Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to undertake the role of a Senior Therapist/Youth Worker. A key part of this role is to work within Pause to provide ongoing leadership to junior staff and offer all staff, including the Operational Service Manager, clinical expertise and guidance around common and sometimes more complex mental and emotional health issues. This post will predominantly focus on clinical interface with young people, but will also require the post holder to support in the operational management of the service and line management of staff.
